Moody Brews Event Space Policy

Interested in having an event with us? Let's talk! We are able to accommodate small groups upstairs (16 people inside, ~20 people on our upstairs patio) on a case by case basis. We have a total indoor capacity of 50 patrons in the entire premise. If you are interested in outdoor space, we can also discuss the use of the Square.

Currently, we are not accepting event requests for Friday nights or Saturdays. We would excel in weeknight or weekday reservations where possible. Rates would be dependent on a number of factors, so please provide us with as much information as possible in your contact email.

To book a private event, please provide the following information:

• Name or Organization Name
• Contact phone number
• Date and hours requested
• Number of people attending the event
• Purpose of event
• Planned activities (if any)

After reviewing your request we will contact you regarding availability and provide you with pricing and deposit requirements.

*The fine print:

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation up to 24 hours prior to the event. In the event that Moody Brews cancels, the full deposit amount will be refunded. We are located in a residential complex, so loud events are not permitted at any time and quiet hours begin at 9 PM. This means that all activity must be moved indoors and all garage doors must be kept closed after 9 PM.
