
Interested in event hosting with us? Let's talk! We can accommodate small groups upstairs (16 people inside, ~20 people on our upstairs patio) on a case-by-case basis. Our event space has a total indoor capacity of 50 patrons throughout the entire premise. If you're looking for outdoor space, we can also discuss the use of the Square.
Currently, we are not accepting reservations for Friday nights or Saturdays. We excel in weeknight or weekday event hosting where possible. Rates will depend on various factors, so please provide us with as much information as you can in your contact email.

To book a private event, please provide the following details:
- Name or Organization Name
- Contact phone number
- Date and hours requested
- Number of people attending the event
- Purpose of the event
- Planned activities (if any)
After reviewing your request, we will contact you regarding availability and provide you with pricing and deposit requirements.
*The fine print:
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation up to 24 hours prior to the event. If Moody Brews cancels, the full deposit amount will be refunded. We are located in a residential complex, so loud events are not permitted at any time, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM. This means all activity must be moved indoors, and all garage doors must be kept closed after 9 PM.
