A Cuban Coffee inspired brown ale brewed with lactose sugar and conditioned on espresso beans. Notes of invigorating espresso & chewy toffee.
A memory of what dreams may come when working together. This classic Extra Special Bitter (it's not "bitter"), brewed in the British tradition with floor malted barley, is hopped intensely with the best Earl Grey Tea we can source. First brewed in 2015 between MB & Apple Blossom Brewery in Fayetteville. Notes of fresh black tea, Italian oranges, and good bread.
This is the beer that your dad will exclaim, “now this is a beer I can drink!” Simple rice lager with restrained hops to bring about an easy drinking yellow beer with delicate, floral top notes. We are proud to announce we brew this beer with local rice from Isbell Farms in England, AR.
A slushy style sour ale, lightly dry hopped with New Zealand hops, and combined with a boatload of Kiwi puree. Kiwi Slushy ended up at 7.9%, so it's not a lightweight although it drinks like one. It's juicy, man. Eminently tropical, with a clean sour finish.
Our base cider, fermented with 100% Northern Spy apples until bone dry, then back sweetened with peach juice. Notes of Prosecco, peach gummy rings, and sunny picnics. We add gluten reducing enzymes to our ciders and perries to ensure an extremely low gluten content.
This sparkling cider is brewed with 100% pear juice and conditioned on Prickly Pear. Bright notes of Prickly Pear livens up this perry mid-palate and finishes semi-dry. We added gluten-degrading enzymes during fermentation to ensure a very low gluten content.
Brewed with honey malt and Maris Otter base. We get light and zippy, with lovely toasted bread notes.
This is a strange and lovely beer brewed with oats and barley, co-fermented with BOTH our house ale and house farmhouse yeasts before being doused with reckless amounts of Michigan-grown hops. Our mixed fermentation rewarded us with intense notes of drippy, sticky, perfectly ripe pineapple. We could add more descriptors, but it's really, honestly like alcoholic pineapple juice (with zero pineapple involved)!
Our beloved hoppy farmhouse takes a turn into wine country. We brewed this beer with barley, wheat, and oats and hopped assertively with late addition Nelson Sauvin hops, then conditioned the beer on california grown sauvignon blanc grape juice. A bouquet of passion fruit and elderflower in the nose greets you and follows you into the sip, accompanied by notes of sweet cream, lemon meringue, and pineapple.6-oz pours only - Limit 2
