A memory of what dreams may come when working together. This classic Extra Special Bitter (it's not "bitter"), brewed in the British tradition with floor malted barley, is hopped intensely with the best Earl Grey Tea we can source. First brewed in 2015 between MB & Apple Blossom Brewery in Fayetteville. Notes of fresh black tea, Italian oranges, and good bread.
This is the beer that your dad will exclaim, “now this is a beer I can drink!” Simple rice lager with restrained hops to bring about an easy drinking yellow beer with delicate, floral top notes. We are proud to announce we brew this beer with local rice from Isbell Farms in England, AR.
A classic Amber ale brewed in collaboration with our favorite outdoor group, Arkansas Outside. Notes of slight caramel and the inside of a malted milk ball with a citrus finish. We hope this beer reminds you to get outside and have some fun in our beautiful state!
Fermented with Northern Spy apple juice, then backsweetened with 100% pomegranate puree. As with all our ciders and perries, we add gluten reducing enzymes during fermentation to ensure an extremely low gluten content. This cider is ever so easy to drink, soft & wine-like on the palate from first to last sip. Slight tart notes from the pomegranate creep in but balance the semi-dry finish, perhaps slightly sweeter than our previous ciders.
Our Imperial Stout, brewed with lactose sugar, vanilla, and conditioned on Loblolly Creamery house-made waffle cones. Aromas of dark chocolate and espresso. An explosive medley of initial tasting notes, including currant, honey, alcohol, and milk chocolate malt balls. Chewy mouthfeel with a parting note of fresh whipped cream.
This sparkling cider is brewed with 100% pear juice and conditioned on Prickly Pear. Bright notes of Prickly Pear livens up this perry mid-palate and finishes semi-dry. We added gluten-degrading enzymes during fermentation to ensure a very low gluten content.
An orange creamsicle inspired beer brewed with oats, milk sugar, barley, and honey malt, fermented with our clean ale yeast until dry, then dry hopped with orange peel, vanilla bean, and a blend of Australian & French hops. Aromas of pine needles and cutie peels, notes of tart, acidic orange juice on the sides of the tongue, sweet cream mid-palate, and an orange juice finish–like, the good, organic OJ you spring for when you want to treat yourself.
