This is the beer that your dad will exclaim, “now this is a beer I can drink!” This lager is proudly brewed with sake rice from our dear friends at Isbell Farms, grown and harvested about 45 miles away in England, AR. We brew this beer with a restrained dose of French hops to bring about an easy drinking yellow beer with delicate, floral top notes.
This beer is built on a classic ESB base, brewed with oats and select british malts. We then hopped the beer intensely with the best Earl Grey Tea we can source. This beer was dreamt up many moons ago between MB & Apple blossom brewing company, and we are so proud to see it become one our most popular offerings. Notes of honey, fresh black tea, and Italian oranges.
A Cuban coffee inspired brown ale brewed with milk sugar (lactose) and conditioned on espresso roasted coffee. The third in our ongoing coffee exploration series with our friends Fidel & Co in our beloved Cuban Pull.
A 100% apple cider base, fermented until dry, then back-sweetened atop a sweet dark cherry puree.
Named after a track from legendary local musician Adam Faucett’s unreleased album, this is our black lager brewed with Isbell Farms rice, black, and Pilsner malt, mildly hopped with New Zealand hops, and fermented with a lager yeast designed to produce clean, crisp beer with pleasant tropical fruit notes. Here’s to creators, to adventures, to narrowly escaping disaster in the Ouachita Mountains!
Our congratulatory beer brewed to celebrate Madeline–one of our founding barstaff. A table saison brewed with barley, honey malt, oats, fresh ginger, and lemon zest. Fermented until dry, then conditioned on a puree of blackberries. Mad Berry presents a beautiful blush color, aromas of perfectly ripe blackberries, and a finishing note of candied ginger. Per Madeline’s request, we are donating $1 for every pint purchased to El Zocalo–a local nonprofit immigrant resource center.
Our base cider, fermented with 100% Northern Spy apples until bone dry, then back sweetened with peach juice. Notes of Prosecco, peach gummy rings, and sunny picnics. We add gluten reducing enzymes to our ciders and perries to ensure an extremely low gluten content.
Our forever and ongoing ode to a Belgian - American love story. This batch of Katchiri's Bier, brewed with our house Farmhouse yeast, was further conditioned on lychees before being washed in our favorite hop Nelson Sauvin. Expressive, unique, and so very pleasant, we get fruity notes of a really nice sauvignon blanc with a silky touch of whipped cream. Josiah declares it a "top 10 beer."
An IPA inspired by Joshua James’ beautiful and tragic song "Pretty Feather." Brewed with pilsner malt and oats, mildly hopped at whirlpool, then extremely dosed with hops from New Zealand and Michigan. Intense nose of mango and good weed, creamy body with further notes of pineapple, lime, and a touch of lime pith.The brewing of this beer is an exercise in creating something beautiful whilst "going through it."
