A Cuban Coffee inspired brown ale brewed with lactose sugar and conditioned on locally roasted coffee from our friends at Fidel & Co. Notes of invigorating espresso & chewy toffee.
This beer is built on a classic ESB base, brewed with oats and select british malts. We then hopped the beer intensely with the best Earl Grey Tea we can source. This beer was dreamt up many moons ago between MB & Apple blossom brewing company, and we are so proud to see it become one our most popular offerings. Notes of honey, fresh black tea, and Italian oranges.
This is the beer that your dad will exclaim, “now this is a beer I can drink!” This lager is proudly brewed with sake rice from our dear friends at Isbell Farms, grown and harvested about 45 miles away in England, AR. We brew this beer with a restrained dose of French hops to bring about an easy drinking yellow beer with delicate, floral top notes.

Named after a track from legendary local musician Adam Faucett’s unreleased album, this is our black lager brewed with Isbell Farms rice, black, and Pilsner malt, mildly hopped with New Zealand hops, and fermented with a lager yeast designed to produce clean, crisp beer with pleasant tropical fruit notes. Here’s to creators, to adventures, to narrowly escaping disaster in the Ouachita Mountains!
This is our Earl Grey ESB, brewed with honey malt and oats, conditioned hot and cold side with Earl Grey tea, then further conditioned on apricot puree!
Fermented with 100% Michigan grown pear juice until bone dry and then backsweetened atop a puree of passionfruit. Nose of banana and tropical fruit, initial tasting notes of sharp, tart mimosa with passionfruit throughout Due to the pulpy nature of passionfruit, some settling may occur. Have no fear! This is just actual passionfruit bits. We add gluten reducing enzymes for an extremely low/undetectable gluten content.
Our very first commercially brewed beer – a double ipa. We revisited this beer for its 10 year update, lowering our specialty malt bill, fermenting with a thiolized yeast that produces tropical esters but retained the original hop and dry hop schedule. We love the unrelenting waves of tangerine & clementines with a creamy, hazy body!
Our first cocktail - A mix of our scratch made Ginger Ale and Rock Town Sour Mash Bourbon.
