Octoberfest at Moody Brews
See ya in the Square for our 2nd Annual Octoberfest beer release party! We will replace our standard menu with classic German festival foods--grilled brats, scratch made potato salad, warm pretzels, and house made beer cheese. We will also offer vegan brats and potato salad.
We color outside the lines a bit for our Octoberfest recipe, incorporating rice from our best farming friends forever--Isbell Farms--to lighten the body a tad. Crisp, every so slightly malty, it's one of our absolute favorite beers to make. This year, we are offering a small run of Octoberfest aged in 2nd use Rocktown Rye barrels!
Finally, our dear friend and legendary local musician Adam Faucett will close the night with a free show, right in the Square, from 6-8pm.
